Beneteau First 40.7

Beneteau, årg. 2001, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, hjemhavn Arnis (Tyskland), I bought this ship in 2022 to charter it out. However, it only ran for two seasons on charter because I only made losses.
In the last season, a customer ran aground and this caused damage amounting to EUR 6,875 net. These costs are covered by my insurance.

However, during the appraisal it was determined that there was still an old damage that was concealed from me. This is also damage to the keel section, which was not repaired properly.
This still amounts to an additional EUR 19,000 net. A cost estimate is available.

Since it is very difficult to blame this old damage on the previous owner in court, but I also do not have the means to pay for the entire damage, I am now offering the ship for sale as it is.

The engine was replaced in 2017 and the mainsail in 2021.
