Archambault, årg. 2008, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, Diesel, hjemhavn Fehmarn (Tyskland), The Archambault has so far been used in very few (one) regattas because it has only ever been used as a daysailer and weekender. After a major refit in 2023-2024, she is now in very good condition. With a carbon mast from Hall Spares, new laminate sails from UK, new Dyform shrouds and forestay, a Dynema backstay, a keel optimization by Max Gurgel, a new rudder blade design by Max Gurgel, additional stiffening of the floor assembly and new large rudder bearings from Jefa, she is technically well equipped. The railing has been optimized and the bow and stern pulpits have been redesigned. The window design has been adapted and a new sprayhood from Oleu Heikendorf has been fitted. The boat is equipped with a new electric anchor winch, an anchor with a short chain lead, a long gennaker pole and a Furlex furling system. The cockpit and the dikes are fitted with black-grey Flexiteek. The mainsheet deflection has been optimized and the tiller is closed and made of visible carbon. The aluminium boom has been anodized black.
In the interior, the furniture has been redesigned and built from carbon sandwich and covered with wood veneer. The owner's berth was fitted with new Laroma mattresses. The galley was finished with exposed carbon fiber and a new sink with a black tap was installed. The upholstery was also renewed by Laroma.
The toilet has been fitted with a new ceramic toilet.
The electronics have been renewed and installed: Raymarine Axiom plotter, Raymarine radio system and AIS , Tacktick radio wind gauge with two large mast instruments, autopilot and display instruments.
The saildrive has been fitted with a new sleeve and a Gori 3-blade folding propeller. The engine has been freshly inspected and the engine panel in the cockpit has been replaced. The fuselage has a honeycomb foil finish.
In total, well over €40,000 was invested in the boat, which has certainly resulted in a high-quality one-off. The boat is moored on Fehmarn and is ready for immediate delivery so that this sailing season can still be fully utilized.
