Engine and performance
This Superhawk is currently equipped with 2 x Chevrolet 572 Big Block V8 gasoline engines with approximately 700 hp each. These provide a cruising speed of 32-34 knots and a top speed of up to 55 knots.

New and upgraded
This boat has undergone extensive upgrades in recent years, with a number of new components:

New paintwork in Ferrari Rosso Corsa - the boat looks fantastic!

New carbon dashboard and new Autometer marine instruments

New canopy 2022

Reupholstered interior in red and white Silvertex with black contrast stitching.

New EVA teak in gray - stylish and maintenance-free

Gibson exhaust over water. Older video attached to illustrate the sound.

Makeover on engines with polished water pumps and Hardin Marine flame arrestors. Top covers, intake, belt pulleys and brackets sandblasted and powder coated/painted. Newly serviced this year.

New batteries (2024)
Massive cleanup of the electrical system. Almost 30 years with different cooks often creates chaos. Batteries secured with fuses and copper rail for plus and a separate flat fuse box for consumers who go outside the cabinet.

Design and comfort
The Superhawk combines speed with function and comfort:

Large, social cockpit with plenty of space and sunbeds both fore and aft

Spacious and stylish saloon below deck with galley/pantry, bathroom and separate cabin. Cabinets and worktops are foiled this year.

Clear steering position with new equipment

Deep V-bottom for superb seakeeping - this boat handles rough seas with confidence.

Can be sold without engines...but they are part of this racing "package".
