Bandholm 26

Bandholm, årg. 1966, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, Diesel, hjemhavn Fejø, A rare and sought-after model of the Bandholm 26. This version is no. 16 in production from 1966 and probably the oldest of the remaining ones. The lines are classic and beautiful, something that makes people on the quayside take a second look. The boat salvages itself skillfully even in rough weather. It's directionally stable thanks to its long keel. And there's plenty of space in the cabin.

Restored in 2000: A very thorough restoration took place in 2000, when the deck and floor were re-laid with veneer and teak. The rigging and sails were replaced. A new Beta 13 HP diesel engine was installed and the hull was sandblasted.
Solid Danish construction and design: The boat was designed by renowned boat builder Knud Olsen in 1964. It is known for its solid fiberglass construction, which was relatively new at the time and gave the boat a long life and minimal maintenance. The hull is robust and durable.
Classic and safe ocean cruiser/family boat: The Bandholm 26 is designed as an ocean cruiser and family boat, which means it's suitable for both longer trips and family cruising. It has four berths, pantry and toilet, making it comfortable for weekend and vacation trips.
