A lot of work has been done, and the boat is fully functional and ready for new adventures.

Engine, drive and technical:
- Engine and saildrive removed. Acidified cooling ducts, replaced all service parts. New pre-filter fitted. New cooling hoses.
- New anti-lift valve (TruDesign) and new seawater filter (Thor).
- engine and saildrive refurbished and varnished
- fuel tank removed, cleaned and polished (!)
New hose for filling and new gasket manhole cover
- new gaskets and o-ring sail drive
- new bellows fitted
- new control panel engine
- New Eberspacher D2 2kW diesel heater with silencer on exhaust and combustion air
- three new (2024) Sønnak 80ah batteries
Hull:
- all hull penetrations below waterline replaced and new ball valves fitted
- sanded, rubbed, polished and waxed
- waterline painted in HR blue and HR26 logo added
- antifouling in white color

Deck:
- deck acid-treated to bring out white color
- ruff roof and everything else above fender strip polished
- new joints
- new teak bowsprit with attachment for gennaker, custom-made
- new stern lantern

Cockpit:
- new sprayhood original from HR
- new, custom-made canopy with window and elevated stern with custom bracket
- new cockpit hatches in teak, custom made
- original teak decking refurbished

Rigging:
- new halyards
- new pulleys from Selden
- new wire for tricolor top lantern
- Boding mainsail
- Boding 120% genoa
- Furlex 100s

Interior:
- all cushion covers cleaned
- new carpet in cabin
- new Jabsco toilet with new gas-tight hoses and Jabsco check valves
- various mahogany details sanded and oiled
- all mahogany transoms in the side of the ship unscrewed, washed behind, and reinstalled
- all lights in interior in good condition and working
- Origo 3000 liquor kitchen

- Silva VHF w/ DSC and antenna
- Isotherm compressor fridge

- New Raymarine depth gauge installed

To-do list:
- The mast has sunk somewhat into the deck, so the lower part of the mahogany bulkhead that carries the mast should be cut out and filled with epoxy. Not urgent work, but done during the winter if the boat is not sold.

- wire for deck light from mast to be connected to control panel
