Stand: Brugt - men i god stand
With the characteristic blue flowers and butterflies of the Yamatoku kiln and encircled bucolic scenes from the saga prefecture, this plate is a fine example of old Japanese pottery. It is signed Yamatoku with Katagana characters, indicating the Meiji period. 1868-1912. It has a manufacture defect of two centimeters, giving it a little scar that, from my perspective, only adds personality to the piece.
