I am offering our very well maintained Dehler 31 for sale. The boat is in very good condition and has always been carefully maintained. The Dehler 31 is generally known for its excellent sailing characteristics and high-quality workmanship.
This Dehler 31 is exactly the boat for someone who is not looking for sanding, screwing and investing, but a well-maintained, well-equipped boat and simply wants to sail and, in my opinion, a real investment.
Among other things, it has new sails and a fresh engine as well as a cake stand, navigation system and wheel steering.
To explain: Originally, all 31s had a single-circuit cooled Yanmar engine installed. Although these are very reliable, they have basically reached the end of their service life due to the salt water running through the engine block and are no longer repairable at some point. The major investment that could be due at any time has already been carried out on this boat: A very reliable and well-maintained 2-circuit cooled SOLE 17 has been newly installed, which runs very well in conjunction with the Gori folding propeller. Most sailors tend to ignore the issue of the old engine and electrics when buying.

The boat is under a custom-made tarpaulin in a harbor on the Flensburg Outer Fjord and can go into the water at any time by appointment. (The harbor masters here do this in 35 minutes, including setting the mast!) It could also remain in the harbor until the summer vacation. A possible takeover of the water berth is not automatic, but possibly possible. The photos are up to date, even the antifouling is already on it. In my opinion, the boat is an all-round carefree package and therefore, in my view, also suitable for people who want to start cruising. We can talk about a lot of things, especially when it comes to support with rigging, etc. I want it to go into good hands.
I have had my own boat for almost 40 years. This boat is my best boat in terms of sailing, condition and equipment and should stay with us for a long time. It is only being sold with a heavy heart because we have spontaneously expanded. Our 3 teenage children have grown too quickly and in order to continue to take them with us (voluntarily), the expansion was unavoidable.
