Light sailing sailboat (31ft) with fantastic sailing characteristics and solid construction, which can easily be sailed by 1 person as all ropes are moved to the cockpit.
Great boat for beginners but also for the experienced sailor.
Cockpit tent also included

5 berths (2 in the bow, 2 in the lee, and 1 porthole starboard side.
Navigation table and stove.
Cooling box, solar cell for battery maintenance.

Many improvements have been made in the last few years and is in good condition.
