Selling our electric Christiania bike as our son has outgrown it and we no longer need it. It's been our everyday family workhorse — vuggestue dropoff/pickups, groceries, you name it — and the motor makes hills and headwind effortless.
The setup:
- Original Christiania Bikes cargo trike with electric assist ⚡
- Powerful Li-ion battery: 36V / 17.5Ah (≈630Wh) — real-world range for daily trips
- Black cargo box with bench seat and padded backrest
- Black canopy with clear window, plus rain cover for wet days 🌧️
- Child seat in the box
- Disc brakes, rear rack, and kickstand
Condition is good, but used — it has been used, so there's normal wear (some patina on the wooden bench and minor rust on the chain guard, see photos), but everything works as it should and it's ready to ride away.
Price: 18,000 DKK. Only selling because we don't need it anymore — an electric Christiania is a real workhorse that will serve a new family for many years. Feel free to write with questions or to come take it for a test ride.
