1978 Manuel Contreras I Classical Concert Flamenco Guitar hand signed and personally built by the legendary master, Manuel Contreras I! The guitar has the coveted hand signed "Constructor de Guitarras" label with date, reserved for only the finest guitars personally made by Manuel Contreras I. This was a flagship exhibition guitar in 1978 with extensive hand written documentation from the master. There is a travel tag from when this guitar was showcased at the 1978 annual Maritz Marketing Convention in Madrid, a massive event that continues every year around the world. Incredibly, the original hand signed bill of sale is present as well as the original import documentation from its 1978 travel to London for use in a major studio. Original case with Manuel Contreras label stitched to inner storage area. Remarkable documentation not seen in any other example previously sold. Very good condition with minor marks and a few small dings on back of headstock and a sealed scratch on lower back of guitar as pictured. This is an incredible guitar nearly 50 years old with the best documentation ever seen on one of these guitars.
