My very nice guest room with a beautiful view in the central Copenhagen is available again.

The place is fully furnished so you can't bring any furnitures.

House Rules:
- No smoking
- No guests
- No Party
- Place needs to be clean and organized at all time - see pictures.

To keep the rent low, the place is on AirBnB maximum 70 days - In these 70 days you need to find another place or travel for all the money you have saved on rent - your things can of course stay.

NO DEPOSIT but rent pre-paid for one month on arrival or for reservation.

Rent includes everything, wifi, electricity, heating, water and free access to washing machine.
