Vintage Sony Walkman WM-AF57/BF57 radio/kassetteafspiller i sort, fremstillet i Japan.
Klassisk Sony Walkman med FM/AM-radio, Auto Reverse, Mega Bass og Dolby B NR. Modellen er fra slutningen af 1980’erne; eBay identificerer WM-AF57/BF57 som en 1989-model.
Der medfølger et par Sony MDR-W10 Dynamic Stereo Headphones med den karakteristiske lette nakkebøjle. Høretelefonerne er mærket Sony, MDR-W10 og Turbo.
Radiofunktionen er testet og FM-radioen fungerer fint. Kassetteafspilleren fungerer derimod ikke korrekt: ved aktivering brummer den, men båndet afspilles ikke. Den sælges derfor med defekt kassettefunktion og kan være interessant til reparation, reservedele eller som samlerobjekt.

Vintage Sony Walkman WM-AF57/BF57 portable cassette player and FM/AM radio, finished in black and manufactured in Japan.
A classic late-1980s Sony Walkman featuring FM/AM radio, Auto Reverse, Mega Bass and Dolby B NR. The WM-AF57/BF57 is associated with Sony’s late-1980s Walkman range and is commonly dated to around 1989.
Also included is a pair of Sony MDR-W10 Dynamic Stereo Headphones, featuring their distinctive lightweight behind-the-neck / neckband design. The headphones are marked Sony, MDR-W10 and Turbo.
Important Function Information
The FM radio has been tested and works correctly.
The cassette mechanism is not working correctly. When the cassette function is activated, the unit produces a humming / motor sound, but the cassette tape does not play or advance normally.
It is therefore being sold with a faulty cassette mechanism, making it suitable for repair, restoration, spare parts or display in a vintage Sony / Walkman collection.
