Stand: Brugt - men i god stand
Gastrolux sauterpande 25 cm med 2 håndtag – non-stick – dansk kvalitetsgryde
Solid Gastrolux sauterpande / lav stegegryde med to praktiske sidehåndtag. Fremstillet i kraftigt aluminium med non-stick belægning og den karakteristiske solide Gastrolux-bund.
Panden har en god dybde og kan bruges til bl.a. stegning, sautering, gryderetter og servering direkte ved bordet. De to korte håndtag gør den samtidig nem at opbevare.
Gastrolux er danskproduceret kvalitetskøkkengrej fra Ryomgaard og er især kendt for kraftige bunde, god varmefordeling og non-stick belægninger.
Denne fremstår som en ældre Gastrolux-model. Jeg ville derfor ikke kalde belægningen specifikt “Biotan Plus”, da det ikke kan fastslås sikkert ud fra billederne.

Description
Solid Gastrolux sauté pan / shallow casserole with two practical side handles, made from heavy-duty aluminium with a non-stick cooking surface and Gastrolux’s characteristic substantial base.
With its generous depth, the pan is versatile enough for frying, sautéing, casseroles, one-pot dishes and serving directly at the table. The two short side handles also make it more compact and convenient to store than a traditional long-handled frying pan.
Gastrolux is known for quality cookware manufactured in Ryomgaard, Denmark, with substantial construction, efficient heat distribution and durable non-stick cooking surfaces.
This appears to be an older Gastrolux model. The exact type of non-stick coating has not been confirmed, so it is not being described specifically as Biotan Plus.

The non-stick cooking surface generally presents well, with visible signs of use particularly around the upper inside edge / rim.
