Ari is perhaps Arne Norell’s most famous armchair. Its unique design was awarded the “Showpiece of the year” award in 1973 by the British Furniture Manufacturers. In addition to the visuals, Ari offers very good seating comfort. Each armchair is made by hand with great care at our factory in Småland, entirely according to Arne Norell’s original drawings. The standard version is in black leather, Elmo Rustical, but Ari is also produced in other leathers and colors. Even the straps are then made of the same leather, reinforced with a spacer. The steel frame is delivered in matt or shiny chrome.
