The Futon 980 / Triple Latex futon is perhaps the best futon mattress on the market and has been developed to create a futon that is resilient and supports the body in the right places. At the same time, it has a very comfortable and soft surface with wool, which transports body moisture away from the surface.
Our Triple Latex futon is a 20 cm thick mattress made of cotton and wool with a core of latex foam and horsehair. By adding 5 to 10 percent polyester to the cotton material, the futon has a higher density and thickness than a traditional Japanese futon, while maintaining the classic qualities. The Triple Latex futon provides a soft and comfortable sleeping surface. The cotton conforms to the contours of the body and provides support, the wool contributes to a comfortable sleeping climate, the latex insulates movements, and the horsehair protects against the cold and conducts heat and moisture away. Please note that all our futon products are handmade. Therefore, minor variations in dimensions and weight may occur.
