The Santoku knife with cutting board is a gift for every chef. The name Santoku means 'three virtues' which means that the knife can be used for various tasks (slicing, dicing and fine slicing) in the kitchen. The smooth blade is made of stainless steel and is finished with a beautiful olive wood handle. The handle is made of olive wood and has a length of 14.5 cm. The Laguiole Santoku knife has a stainless steel blade of 17.5 cm. The blade has a thickness of 2.5 mm. The blade is provided with dimples so that food does not stick to the blade as quickly. The wooden cutting board has a beautiful cow print, in which you can read all parts of the cow. The cutting board also has grooves that collect natural fats/moisture when cutting chicken, fish or meat.
