Dreamy, fun vintage dress in beautiful condition. Soft stretch velour on top, velvet-detailed royal blue taffeta with crinoline underneath for volume, and subtle shoulder pads with extra crinoline to fluff the tops of the sleeves, because 80s! Worn to my 9th grade formal dance in New York in December 1989. A sentimental favourite that I've kept all these years, but my daughter isn't interested... so it can be yours!
It's been 35 years, so sizing may be a little iffy. The tag says US size 5-6, which seems about right. So a generous S, or a fitting M is probably about right.
