This HDD/SSD enclosure is in great shape. I intended to use it for backup but went for NAS instead.
It can house up to two 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA HDDs/SSDs configurable as RAID. No software needed: it's a reliable hardware RAID solution and an extra port hub, working with Windows, MacOS and Linux. No drivers needed. Since it's a USB 3.2 enclosure, it is compatible with a vast majority of laptops and desktops sold over the last 10 years or so, regardless of whether they run on AMD or Intel CPUs and chipsets. Compatible with USB-C iPads, too.
This is hardware RAID meaning that once configured, it will work the same way regardless on the computer used with.
Great for everyday backup and extra connectivity for your laptop with additional 2 x USB-A 3.2 and 1 x USB-C 3.2 ports.
