Omega vintage wristwatch, circa 1963
A stainless steel manually wound centre seconds wristwatch
A smart and classic Omega model, Ref. 131.001 was first introduced by the watchmaker in 1961. This example of the model has a silk matt silvered dial which is in lovely original condition with raised Arabic and baton indexes. Cased in stainless steel, there is a smooth chamfered bezel and angular lugs with further chamfers to their edges. Manually wound, this watch is powered by Omega’s calibre 286 with 17 jewels.
