Breitling for Bentley Flying B watch owned by the head of the Bentley and Rolls Royce UK Owners club and properly stored at my hone here in Denmark. This watch has featured in TV shows and YouTube videos that have had millions of views. With gold currently trading at $5,500 per ounce or about 34,000 DKK, this watch is incredible value weighing in at 235 grams not counting the spare links! There was a small run of only 500 of this model ever crafted in 18K rose gold, of which this is number 91. Out of the 500, very few appear to have been sold with the expensive matching 18K rose gold bracelet with 18K rose gold deployment clasp. The watch comes with all of its extra 18K rose gold matching links and has a further length adjustment on the deployment clasp, allowing the watch to fit a large variety of wrist sizes. If you are lucky enough to find one of these models, they almost always only come with a leather strap.
The engraved Bentley "Flying B" winged mascot in the case back is striking and confirms the owner's association with the most powerful luxury prestige automobiles in the world. The knurled 18K rose gold dial is an homage to the same texture found on the hardware and trim of today's flagship Bentley cars. The mother of pearl baton hour markers are stunning, capped with 18K rose gold and backed with a vibrant luminescent coating that brilliantly shines through in dark environments.
