The G9’s new DFD-auto focus with burst mode features advanced tracking performance and 20fps burst shooting - increasing to an incredible 60fps with locked focus. With a focus that locks in just 0.04 seconds and motion tracking technology included, you’ll have no trouble capturing even the fastest and most elusive of subjects.
High Resolution Shot Mode
Thanks to the latest Venus processing engine in the G9 camera range, photographers can now make use of High Resolution Mode to capture images up to an equivalent of 80 megapixels.
The G9 can produce one large high quality image in either JPEG or RAW format, it does this by rapidly taking eight images with small sensor adjustments between each. The rapid-fire method requires a tripod for best results, but this mode is ideal for landscape photographers and macrophotography.
