A nearly physically unplayable six track electronic music LP, engraved in the wax - which hinders the progress of the stylus.
The third and final LP of the series Mort Aux Vaches which was issued by Goodiepal - the Faroese/Danish provocateur, whistler and builder of mechanical birds.
Each album in the series came with a money-back opportunity. One record contained Goodiepal's bank card, complete with pin-code, another included a high denomination bank note.
Cyber Papegøjen Skudt sold for 750 Danish Kroner in an edition stated by the record label to be limited to 100 copies. Each contained a blank cheque drawn on Goodiepal's account. The purchaser of this record thereby had access to (reputedly) 200,000 Danish Kroner.
Books & Music has been fortunate enough to acquire a small number of unsold examples of this totemic art object. Each is in mint condition, as issued, but should be played with some discretion to avoid stylus damage. The sleeves, embossed with the Escho logo, are fresh, but the open edges of the cardboard are rough. The original shrink-wrap is overlaid with printed self-adhesive stickers seemingly offering a series of price reductions. No two albums are identically stickered. No blank cheques, bank-notes or credit cards are included in this offer. The price of 350 kroner is for one (1) LP only.
