This fantastic value Champagne was created in honour of famed historian Jean Lévesque de Burigny, who was born in Reims in 1692 and lived until the age of 93.
Produced by the Coopérative Régionale des Vins de Champagne in Reims, this mouthwatering champagne was crafted from
Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir by Elisabeth Sarcelet, one of the only female winemakers in the whole of the
Champagne region.
A finely balanced Champagne with lovely autumnal apple and pear aromas over a seductive palate of toasted biscuit notes
and a fine mousse of bubbles.
