Bike with 7 gears and hands breaks

Bike bought second hand. Used as a spare bike when someone is visiting. It has hand breaks. Has 7 gears. Never had any issue with tires or any other part of the bike. It just don’t look super beautiful but it is great to bike with. The original colour is supposed to be red, but I bought it painted in black.
