Basically compiled essays by different people on various aspects of the typical 18th century middle-upper class person. There are quite a few color images of costumes and original period engravings/drawings. Very, very useful for the serious costumer and historian, though it shouldn't be viewed as the end-all and be-all of historical clothing resources.
