Hallberg-Rassy, årg. 1991, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, Diesel, hjemhavn Kappeln (Tyskland), This beautiful HR36 MK1, build number 104, is being sold to a new owner for reasons of age. She was sailed exclusively in the Baltic Sea by the German owner (a previous owner) and was always carefully maintained. The boat has never been smoked on. It is accident-free and not a hobby boat. Professional engine maintenance and care of the underwater hull was carried out annually at the Hennigen & Steckmest shipyard. The boat has always been protected under a tarpaulin in winter storage.
The berth is currently in Kappeln (on the Schlei) and can possibly be taken over.
Since the change of ownership, investments have always been made in the boat, such as a complete overhaul of the teak deck (2021), a renewal of the anchor winch or the installation of a bow thruster (both in 2023).

The cake stand, sprayhood and navigation instruments are a little outdated and may need to be replaced.
