Well-maintained quality boat for sale due to purchase/inheritance of a family cabin.

We've used it as a family cruising boat, mainly locally. It works excellently as a family boat for the five of us, with 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms. The boat has been continuously maintained and upgraded by us and previous owners. The Oceanis series features many large windows in the cabin, making it bright and spacious below deck, with a modern feel. It also has good headroom and plenty of clever solutions. An easy-to-sail and lovely boat. No groundings recorded.

Not been used for charter. Only used in norwegian waters.

Other features:
Large 12-inch ES128 chart plotter with touch function, dual navigation instruments (2 x i70S for wind/depth/speed etc., and 2 x p70s for autopilot), providing full overview and control from both helm positions. Raymarine Evolution EV-1 system. Transducer replaced with Raymarine DST800 for depth, speed, and temperature (this can also be easily removed for cleaning/winter storage from inside). Raymarine RAY63 VHF with DSC and built-in GPS, new VHF antenna installed with an unbroken cable to the nav station. Raymarine AIS700 Class B, AIS with send and receive. The chart plotter has Wi-Fi, allowing partial control and monitoring from a phone/tablet. Plotter and other instruments are updated via Wi-Fi for software upgrades. Seatalk NG network installed throughout the boat, with good additional connection options. Chart chip from 2021, Skagerrak and Kattegat. Raymarine echo sounder installed in 2024, displayed on the chart screen.

Radial Sandwich sails from Winddesign, with Admiral 7000 halyards. Still very good sails. Most of the running rigging has been replaced. Sails are stored dry and warm indoors during winter. A spinnaker was included when we bought the boat but has not been used by us or previous owners.

New Rockna 20kg anchor + 50m chain ensures excellent anchoring.

Large custom-made cockpit tent, with good headroom and large windows. Panels can be detached and stored, leaving only the bimini. The cockpit tent has been stored dry and warm indoors during winter.

Lazyjacks and Lazybag installed (Lazybag in the same fabric as the cockpit tent).

Webasto heater with outlets in all cabins, maintaining temperature during shoulder seasons and providing good drying in wet summer weather.

Mainly LED lighting in the cabin.

Custom-fitted toppers in the aft cabins, and 3D Airmesh anti-condensation mats in all bunks to prevent moisture with frequent use. Good berths.

125 Watt Wattstunde quality solar panel mounted on deck. Connected via MPPT to the battery bank, with Bluetooth monitoring.

50 Watt portable solar panel, with quick connection to the wall near the battery bank (separate MPPT).

Service batteries: 2x120AH Gel batteries. All batteries are high-quality Sønnak batteries.

3-part winter cover, with custom-fitted frame.

The engine is a reliable Yanmar 3JH4E with 40HP. It has always started immediately and runs like a clock.

Flexofold 3-blade folding propeller with rope cutter on the shaft.

All manuals are available, either hardcopy or digitally (boat, Yanmar, Webasto, etc.).

The boat has been in the Mandalselva river (fresh/brackish water) since it was last hauled out in April 2023, when it was antifouled with 2 coats of Hempel NCT self-polishing antifouling. This has held up very well, and there has been no need to haul the boat since. In April 2023, the propeller was also cleaned and polished + new anodes on the propeller and hull. Anodes checked by dive mask.

The galley is sold fully equipped.

The boat is winter stored afloat under a winter cover. Heat is on in the engine room + dehumidifier in the cabin.
