It has weights inside the handles to train your arms as you jump. There's a few weights on each side so you can choose how heavy the handles are.
IMPORTANT
I already cut the rope to my size. I'm 1m 78cm. If you're much taller, this rope will probably be too short.
If you're around 1.78 or shorter, it'll work well. You can also make it even shorter.
