I bought this gimbal about a month ago and used it outside just once. It is brand new without any signs of use! I threw out it's box as I never planned to sell it and thought I would stick to it but I bought it initially because I had a DJI mic, now I decided to switch to another mic and it doesn't make sense to use this gimbal anymore. I had NO COMPLAINT what so ever about the product.
