【KC-955】KC-950 series 筋引 SUJIHIKI 210mm
KC-950 series knives are created with DSR-1K6 high carbon stainless steel made by DAIDO Steel Co.,ltd. Excellent performance blade which contain 0.6% carbon and the well ballanced composition which added molybdenum.
The glittering “TSUCHIME” finish blade surface can make foods release quickly from the blade. The Japanese traditional shape handle looks nice.
