eBay Classifieds is a highly ambitious, growth focused, global business unit within the eBay Inc. family of businesses. It encompasses several local and vertical Classifieds sites including Den Blå Avis and BilBasen and is an integral part of eBay's long term strategy.
Due to our ambitious growth plans, eBay Classifieds Scandinavia needs to establish an effective information platform that meets the current and future requests for business information. As part of finance the Information Systems department is a strategic important provider of value adding IT services, which support and enable growth in the Danish businesses.
The role and responsibilities
With the primary focus of implementing, sustaining and developing our MS Dynamics CRM-systems we are looking for a skilful CRM project Manager, who reports to the head of information systems. The position is located in Aarhus together with approx. 200 colleagues. You will have end to end responsibility for your projects. This means you will:
- Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrate good project management skills and good technical understanding
- Perform gap analysis between requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Identify creative work-arounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
- Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as MS Office, Share Point and back office/ERP applications
- Train personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
- Develop data conversion and testing strategies
- Manage individual budgets and scope of work
Profile for Success
You have a proven track record with infrastructure projects in an international company and feel equally confident when dealing with both business and technology. In addition to that, you can commit yourself to the following:
- Hold a Bachelors in computer science combined with business administration and have 3-5 years relevant experience as consultant extern/inhouse.
- Relevant project management experience including working with implementing of new IT systems – especially MS Dynamics CRM
- Preferably knowledge about ERP systems
- Speak and write Danish and English fluently
